- i always expect upfront payment. if youre commissioning me for large amounts of money (over 100€) and/or youre too uncomfortable, then im ok with a payment plan (more info in TOS below, only doable for paypal/ko-fi payment)✰ the currency is in euros.✰ i can draw:

TERMS OF SERVICE:
by commissioning me, you automatically confirm that you have read and agreed to my TOS:✰ i am allowed to decline any commission for any reason.✰ you are not allowed to use your commission (or any of my other drawings for that matter) to trace it, claim it as your own work, repost it without credits to me, turn it into an NFT, or train AI with it. youre also not allowed to use it for commercial use unless you paid for it.✰ i am allowed to work on the commission at my own pace. i dont work with strict deadlines.✰ i can only make payment plans when you choose paypal or ko-fi as payment. you will have to pay 50% at the start, ill send you a sketch of the drawing and when you approve, you will pay the rest and i continue to draw. if you dont approve, you can ask for changes or ask for a refund & cancel the commission.✰ refunds are allowed, but only BEFORE the commission has been finished. once i am finished with the commission i cannot give you your money back.
- i am also allowed to cancel and refund you at any time if i cannot proceed with your commission.✰ if you want to change something small in the finished product, like adding tiny details i might have forgotten, feel free to tell me. if you ask for me to change more than that, you will have to pay extra.✰ i am allowed to post your commission to the public and use it as an art example if i wish to. if you dont want this, please tell me beforehand.✰ my prices arent fixed and may change at any time.✰ if you break my terms of service, you are banned from contacting and commissioning me. your name will also appear below as a warning for others.
