by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

i have the right to decline a commission for ANY reason.

youre only allowed to use my commission for personal uses. youre not allowed to use it for any commercial uses (unless its a custom and youre retrading/reselling them) or re-edit, trace, use it for AI art, claim it as your own work, etc.

i wont start on the commission until the full payment has been sent.

refunds are allowed, but only BEFORE the commission has been finished. once the drawing is done, you cannot ask for refunds anymore. you cannot get the full amount back unless i havent started on the commission yet or there is an emergency on your behalf (with proof). in any other case, you will get a specific percentage back, depending on which art stage (= sketching, lining, coloring, etc.) i already finished. also, you cannot get any tipped money back, only the original commission price amount.

im allowed to use your commission for any reason, for example posting it on my socials, using it as an art example, and more. if you want the commission to be kept private (aka i dont post it) or you dont want to be credited on the social posts, please tell me beforehand. im still allowed to use it as an art example in any case though.

if you repost my commission, please do so with proper credit: @ me or add a link to my ko-fi account if its on a website i dont have an account on (if there is one,using the repost option is fine too)-

there is no fixed time for when your commission might be finished. it can take anything from just a few hours to multiple months depending on a lot of stuff like the complexity, my amount of free time, etc., so if its taking longer than you want it to, then please remain patient. im allowed to work on the commission at my own pace. for this reason i also refuse to work with deadlines.

i wont send you WIPs automatically, so if you need one, you will have to ask for one.

the prices of my commissions are non-negotiable (unless its for a commission with an unfixed price). i will not lower or raise the prices for you.

my prices are not 100% fixed and may change at any time.

where you can commission me over ko-fi, i put the halfbody, chibi fullbody and fullbody options as add-ons because of the way i had to list my commissions there to save space. you can only pick ONE of them per commission, as i wont be drawing different versions for you at the same time. if you still decide to pick more than one option, i will draw the most expensive one for you and count the money you gave me in the other options as a tip. (please remember: you cannot get tipped money back from me, as i already mentioned before.)

if you purchase a custom from me, please do not resell or retrade it for a higher price than you bought it from me (unless their value got increased with art or animations you got from me or other artists.)

you can only commission me max. 2 times at once. if you want to commission me more than 2 times, you will have to tell me beforehand and wait until both commissions are finished before we can go on.

if you become a monthly supporter on my ko-fi, you will automatically get 10-20% off of all my commissions as long as you pledge. if you stop pledging, you wont have that discount anymore and cannot get it back unless you pledge again. no exceptions can be made.

my TOS can be updated at any time, so make sure that if you commission me again, you will read it again aswell

bright colors, blood, candy/light gore

suggestive clothing

other peoples personas/OCs (for this, you must have proof that you got permission from the original owner. theyre also not allowed to be copyrighted in any way)

mecha, heavy armor, realism, anything for commercial use

heavy gore, any kind of NSFW

anything offensive/discriminating/with the intent to spread hate

very masculine characters or muscular body types

suggestive expressions and/or poses

any copyrighted characters

elderly characters

species similar to dragons, snakes, etc., or basically any character with long muzzles or scales (since im very bad at drawing them)

characters with a very complex design

female/feminine characters

any pony species

characters whose hands/paws are hidden under clothing, e.g long sleeves

characters with a simple/semi-complex design

for anthros: short muzzles & fur (like cats, bunnies, etc.)

for humans: hair being long enough to cover the ears (i cant draw human ears grrrr sorry)
